Event report

The Lincolnshire Society had an enjoyable meeting at the Wig & Mitre in Lincoln on Saturday 26 November 2022. Two articles from The Linguist were discussed (‘When Size Matters’ Vol/61 No/3 and ‘Reviewing the Review' Vol/61 No/4), after which the group moved on to talk about other related subjects; this discussion was  followed by an opportunity for those present to ask questions on their own topics. A delicious lunch was shared, after which attendees left to admire the Christmas lights and decorations around the Cathedral and Castle.

The event is free of charge but delegates pay for their own lunch at the venue.
