This workshop will be a lively mixture of practical activities, writing and discussions with follow up activities you can take home.

Build up Your Resilience”

In this second interactive session, Gabriela will share some practical exercises and techniques that will help you come back to a balanced state of mind quickly and effortlessly. The session will conclude with a deeply healing and recovering Yoga Nidra.
