Statement: Gloria Albarrán-Ball has been a freelance translator and interpreter since 1993. She is a Chartered Linguist, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists, Member of the Association of Police and Court Interpreters and a fully registered Interpreter on the National Register of Public Service Interpreters. She has extensive experience as a translator and interpreter for Law Enforcement Authorities with SC clearance and specialises in the translation of Letters of Request, police reports, defence and witness statements, reports for courts, judgements and sentences. She is also an examiner and moderator in the fields of translation and interpreting at postgraduate and professional levels.
