Statement: Copyeditor, rewriter, adapter, proof-reader, reviewer and localizer, freelancing since 1998, I translate from ENGLISH, FRENCH, GERMAN and SPANISH into ITALIAN. My fields are mainly creative: marketing, journalism/media, multimedia, tourism, subtitling, adaptation for advertisements (with an emphasis on fashion), and videogames localisation. Thanks to my technical and humanistic background, I can deal with IT, medicine and HR texts. I can use many CAT TOOLS like OmegaT, SDLX, Dèjàvu, Across, SDL Trados, LocStudio, MemoQ, etc. Furthermore, I am keen in Internet searches techniques and Boolean variables, i.e. I can find easily the right term to use in any context.
