Statement: I have over 20 years' experience as a full-time translator, prior to which I worked in international aid and development for several years. My first degree is in Modern Languages with Politics/Economics and I also have an MSc in Development Studies. I have passed the CIOL DipTrans qualification in both French and Spanish. I am also a full member of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting, and sit on the CIOL's Translating Division Management Committee.
