Statement: Ruqaya Al-Taie holds a PhD degree in Translation awarded by Queen's University Belfast. Currently, she is a Freelance Translator (MCIL) working with Arabic and English languages. Also, Ruqaya is a lecturer at Translation Department, University of Basra. In addition, she is also currently a Head of Proofreading and Layout Team for the IMPACT journal (http://impactjournal.qub.ac.uk/index.php/IMPACT/index) at QUB.
