Statement: I have been working as a translator since I qualified with an MA in 2003, turning freelance on a full-time basis in 2008. My valuable experience, linguistic expertise and eye for detail have put me in an excellent position to understand the requirements of my clients and provide a translation service of the highest quality. After gaining expertise earlier in my career in the area of automotive translation, I have been focusing since 2012 on translating and reviewing patent abstracts and WOSA documents on behalf of WIPO, as well as translating patent documents for other clients. To date, I have translated more than 3 million words in this area. I specialise particularly in automotive patents.
