Statement: I enjoy greatly being able to help schoolchildren progress from poor performance in various assessments to much professionalism in the four main areas of excellence in foreign languages - listening, reading, speaking and writing. I value also giving adults the confidence to go abroad on a trip, whether for personal or business reasons, and to give a good account of himself/herself in the language concerned.
I have gained much knowledge from translating various topics into or from English and appreciate the fine line between fidelity to text and current English.
My work as interpreter has given me victims and offenders.
