Statement: I lived in Germany for 13 years, working as a translator and teacher of English as a foreign language. In 2014 I returned to live in the UK, and took the CIOL DipTrans examination (passed with a merit in General translation, a pass in Social Sciences and a distinction in the Business paper). I have experience in translation in the following areas - marketing, business, finance, social sciences, fashion, websites, religious/spiritual themes, medical/pharmaceutical, university papers and theses. I am also happy to take on proofreading and editing tasks. I work mainly with a CAT tool called smartCAT.
