Statement: I've worked as a legal translator for over 16 years. My experience covers contracts, court briefs, legal memoranda, scholarly legal analyses, corporate documents (by-laws, policies and codes of conduct/ethics, general/board meeting minutes, legal compliance), IP, and more.
Through the years I've translated material from a variety of sectors (oil industry, shipping and haulage, high fashion and luxury. mutual funds, food and catering, renewable energy, eyewear manufacturing, shipbuilding, sportswear manufacture and distribution), each giving me the opportunity to research topics I would otherwise never explore in depth. I am engaged in continuing professional development and eager to add new skills to my practice as a Chartered Linguist.
