Statement: I am a passionate linguist with over 20 years of experience in the field of translation, interpretation, linguistics, and language training. I possess strong oral and written communication skills in Arabic (Levantine and MSA), French and Italian. I cover a wide range of translation and interpretation assignments (face to face, telephone and video interpreting) spanning across a variety of fields: legal, police, medical, local government, education, mental health and sociolinguistics. I am also a university lecturer in London teaching on the BA and MA programmes in Translation and Interpretation studies, including subtitling, dubbing and voice-over.
